Service Description

  • We offer subscription-based laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services.

  • Our subscriptions are offered in tiers, and the per-pound cost varies by tier.

  • A valid subscription is required to schedule a pickup request through our website.

Pickup & Delivery

  • When you schedule a pickup, you are responsible for providing an accurate address, contact information, and any special instructions.

  • We will attempt to deliver your cleaned laundry back to you at the agreed-upon time. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email, phone, or text message.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Disclaimer of Responsibility: We take reasonable care in handling your laundry, but we are not liable for any damaged or lost items while in our care.

  • Precautions & Inspection:

    • We recommend that you inspect all items for valuables and remove them prior to sending your laundry.

    • Please check all pockets for loose items (cash, jewelry, electronics) before pickup.

  • Excluded Damages: We are not responsible for damages arising from normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinking, or other fabric issues that occur during standard washing and drying processes.

Pricing & Payments

  • Subscription Billing:

    • By signing up for one of our monthly subscription tiers, you agree to be charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel.

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.

  • Additional Charges (Per-Pound Rate):

    • After completing our service, we will weigh your laundry and apply the per-pound rate based on your subscription tier.

    • You will be charged manually for the weight-based fee once your laundry is processed, using the payment information on file.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds are given for any remaining portion of a billing cycle.

    • Upon cancellation, you will lose access to our request form and subscriber benefits at the end of your current billing period.

  • Service Disputes:

    • If you believe a service has not been rendered appropriately, please contact us immediately. We will work in good faith to address any concerns.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall The Draw Drop or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) damages for lost profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our service.

  • The total liability of The Draw Drop for any claim arising from these Policies shall not exceed the value of the fees paid by you to us for the particular service out of which the claim arose.

Privacy & Data

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information safely.

  • All personal data collected through subscription signups and request forms is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Modifications to These Policies

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

  • Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

  • These Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
