  • Simply subscribe to a plan, log in, and submit a request for pickup. We pick up your laundry, weigh it, wash and fold it, and deliver it back to you. You’ll be charged based on your plan’s per-pound rate after service is completed.

2. Do I need a subscription to use your service?

  • Yes, a subscription is required to submit a request. Your monthly fee grants you access to our service, and you’ll only be charged per pound of laundry after each request.

3. Can I change my subscription plan?

  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through your account settings in MemberSpace. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

4. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

  • Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. You have until the end of your billing cycle to submit laundry requests.

5. How am I charged for laundry?

  • You pay a monthly subscription fee. After we process your laundry, we weigh it and charge you based on the per-pound rate of your plan.

6. When do I get charged for my laundry?

  • Your subscription fee is charged automatically each month. Your per-pound charge is invoiced separately after your laundry has been processed and automatically charged to your card on file.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards through Stripe.

8. Do you offer refunds?

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, but if there’s an issue with your laundry service, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

9. What types of laundry do you accept? *

  • We handle most everyday laundry, including clothes, towels, and linens. We do not process dry cleaning, heavily soiled items, or specialty fabrics.

10. Do you separate colors and whites? *

  • Yes! We carefully separate colors and whites before washing.

11. What detergent do you use? Can I request hypoallergenic options? *

  • We use high-quality detergents. If you have specific detergent preferences (hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, etc.), please mention it in your request form.

12. What is the turnaround time for laundry?

  • We typically return laundry within 24-48 hours after pickup, depending on your subscription plan.

13. When and where do you pick up laundry?

  • We offer pickups on select days in our service area. You can schedule a pickup through the request form once subscribed.

14. Do I need to be home for pickup/delivery?

  • No, just leave your laundry in front of your unit door, and we’ll handle the rest.

15. What if I miss my scheduled pickup?

  • If you miss a pickup, you can reschedule through your account.
